  • I had the privilege of discovering the business and cultural environment in Liberia through Thunderbird Corporation who offered me the opportunity to work and to express my knowledge and leverage my experience to an extent where I became an asset to the company, where I had sometimes to wear many hats in order to prove my worth.
  • Successfully managed to reduce by 50 % and monitor the level of receivables, and highlighting key points for negotiating our suppliers payment terms.
  • Initiated, took part in talks and worked on a planned joint-venture project involving Total and GoodYear for establishing GoodYear Tire areas in each Total station.
  • Successfully establishing a reliable and accurate reporting for sales, expenditures, payrolls and inventory.
  • Worked on finding partners who could market our brands in other African countries.
  • Although I regard this to be one of my biggest experiences on a professional and on a human level, I realized the potential of African trade and the importance of trade funding to support growth.

    This is why, I regard the trade finance field as a challenging and passioning career to look forward to in order to diversify and maximize asset returns.
